If you wish to exercise our 7 Day "Change of Mind" policy please also contact us first. You will need to return the product to the address we provide in an "as new" condition. This means unopened, in new condition and unused. It is also your responsibility to ensure the product reaches us undamaged. On receipt of your return we will then process your refund.
